The popular Crystal Market will be held at the Regional Science Library on Friday, August 30 from 4-8 pm and Saturday from 9 am-4 pm.

For the first time, Crystal Valley Week invites you to the Museum of Glass and Costume Jewellery in Jablonec. On Saturday, the museum will be open all day for free and we are preparing a guided tour for you.
The festival week is now accompanied by a beautiful glass dragon. The mythical beast spits out fire to melt its glittering tail, saying: 'Glass is eternal. It is our history, present and future."
Crystal tower. The museum tower houses an artwork by brothers Jan and Ondřej Salanský - the 26-metre high glass ladder Climax Paradisi, which was created as part of the Crystal Valley project. Although it is made of glass, at first glance it looks as if it were made of stainless steel. It is made of technical glass that is silvered on the inside.
Experience the work of glassmakers and jewellers with your own hands during the Crystal Valley Week. In addition to live demonstrations, original jewellery and glassware will be available for purchase. Come and blow your whistle, watch the work over the stove, or try your hand at glass cutting.
