9h Florist workshop by Klára Franc Vavříková

A unique workshop with the renowned Czech florist Klára Franc Vavříková, holder of the Czech floristry championship and finalist in international competitions, who draws inspiration from the landscape, seasonality and honest craft.

Under her guidance, participants will go through the entire process of flower tying - from the correct harvest, to the treatment of the plants, to the creation itself.

What you'll create:

- Bind a bouquet according to floristry principles and rules

- A decorative nested container with summer flowers grown directly in the botanical garden

This workshop is designed for beginners and intermediates and is run as part of the Crystal Valley Week programme.

Klára Franc Vavříková is currently designing and realising large exhibitions such as Flora Olomouc, Floria Kroměříž or Flowers at the Exhibition Grounds in Lysá nad Labem. Her handwriting can also be found on the charity event Rozkvetlé Jezeří. She is a champion in floristry in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, she represented the Czech Republic at the European Floristic Championship in Genoa, Italy.
