Antonín Šturma, double bass
Tonda is a famous jazz player on double bass, guitar, and banjo. Tonda has been playing stringed instruments continuously since he was six years old. He started with the violin and moved on to the bass and guitar, which he now plays most often. He studied classical guitar at the Prague Conservatory and double bass at the Jaroslav Ježek Conservatory. During his career so far, he has had engagements with leading Czech ensembles such as Vano Bamberger & Band, Golden Big Band Prague, OPSO, Hana Robinson, Hot Sisters and many others. He is one of today's most sought-after jazz and swing musicians.
