The Liberec tram depot hosts the famous Dutch artists Rachid Assoui and Hans van Bentem. Together with Ricardo Hoineff, an artistic glassmaker from the Crystal Valley, in the role of emcee.

You will walk a colorful journey together that begins in the Orient and continues through Latin America to Europe. You'll visit Paris, Venezuela and Amsterdam, among others. You will travel not only between continents, but also between reality and fantasy, history and the present.

Rachid Assoui lives and works in Amsterdam. Here he has found a cultural climate that allows him to fully develop his fashion art. His aim is to combine the rich traditional skills of his homeland with the culture of the Western world.

In this way he creates exceptional glamorous and theatrical pieces for modern, independent and strong women. Since 2013, he has created a series of fabulous shows. Each collection has a strong theme.

Hans van Bentem studied monumental design at the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague, where he graduated in 1988. Initially, he focused on painting. He was inspired by punk and turned away from society. His works can be found in public spaces as well as in galleries and museums. He uses classic, traditional materials to realize his contemporary objects. To do this, he still seeks out artisan workshops and travels around the world to find them. To China for porcelain, to India for bronze, to Senegal for carving and to the Czech Republic for crystal.
