A special crystal menu at Petřín
As part of the Crystal Valley Week 2026 festival, the Na Petříně restaurant in Jablonec nad Nisou has put together an exceptional culinary experience.
The special tasting menu combines the world of glass with haute cuisine. You can look forward to an original ‘Beaded Caprese’ inspired by glass beads, or confit duck breast with striking beads of cabbage sauce and a leek terrine resembling glass rods.
Come and experience the harmony of flavours, creativity and craftsmanship, says owner and head chef Ivo Konečný. The menu is available throughout the festival at the Na Petříně restaurant, which is open daily from 11.00 am to 10.00 pm.
